Conferences

The primary way The Gravity Theory Trust conducts our work is through the provision of funds for established researchers at academic institutions to organise focussed workshops in new and exciting areas of theoretical gravitational research.

We are pleased to confirm funding towards the following upcoming meetings:

  • Emergent Geometries Workshop, Nordita, Sept / Nov 2025

  • Nonlinear Black Hole Perturbation Theory: Merging Black Holes, Communities and Ideas, U. Nottingham, 15-17 Sept 2025

  • Crossroads in Strong Gravity: Challenges and Future Directions, U. Catania, 23-35 Sept 2025

  • New opportunities to detect gravitational waves and dark matter in orbital dynamics, IFAE Barcelona, 14-20 Dec 2025

  • The Dynamics of Black Hole Mergers and Gravitational Wave Generation, IFPU Trieste, 12-16 Jan 2026

If you are seeking sponsorship for an upcoming research project, read more about our grant application process here.
